Our approach to sponsorshipOur approach aims to bring a new breath of rigor and integrity to the sponsorship sector. To do this, we offer experienced multidisciplinary resources, able to intervene both in terms of strategy and sales. All this to create an AGORA of sponsorships, a welcoming meeting platform between rightsholders and sponsors, where we will help them to develop winning agreements together and create performing relationships. We work as much for the sponsors as for the rightsholders, but never for both at the same time.
We provide sponsors with counselling services for optimal performance at all stages of their sponsorship: Sponsorship Policy and Strategies, Property valuation, Selection, Negotiation, Activation, Feedback.
Well executed, each of these steps can lead to a better performance from the sponsorship, while saving money for the sponsor. A good strategy allows the sponsor to dominate their niches. A good value assessment helps sponsor determine what he is paying for and negotiate the best value for his money. A proactive intervention in the selection process makes it possible not to stick only to the offers that are presented to him but rather to look for the best possible property in the category. Negotiation, combined with value assessment, provides favorable conditions for successful activation and achievement of the sponsor’s business objectives. Activation helps support sponsorship and create a tangible and memorable brand experience for consumers. Lastly, feedback provides the necessary adjustments to achieve increased performance from year to year.
We represent an exclusive portfolio of properties which can be sponsored. For these rightsholders, we first build the "toolbox" - the development of an attractive and extensive sponsorship program (which most sponsorship "salespeople" do not offer), and which can be supported with respect to its value (based on the valuation principles used by major sponsors).
We then put in place a real sales strategy, where potential sponsors are clearly identified. We conduct exploratory meetings with sponsors to better understand their needs and business objectives. We then personalize each sponsorship offer to develop and implement inspiring activations, based on the objectives expressed by the sponsors. Finally, we carry out regular and rigorous follow-ups with our customers on the steps taken.
